We are seeking a talented and motivated Sous Chef with experience in both Western and Asian cuisines to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for great food, strong attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Requirements:

  Proven experience preparing both Western and Asian dishes

  Ability to follow recipes and maintain consistent quality

  Strong line skills with the ability to move quickly and efficiently

  Flexible availability (primarily Sunday–Thursday)

  
  


• 
  

  Must be able to pass a background check and TB test

  Positive attitude and teamwork-oriented mindset
