Overview of Position: The Sous Chef assumes supervisory responsibilities in the absence of the Chef. The Sous Chef is responsible for making the kitchen a safe and clean environment, ensuring opening and closing procedures are properly followed by team members, and also performing food preparation duties. They assist the Chef in a variety of duties in order to ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant.

Traditionally our busy periods are during weekends and holiday periods which you will be expected to work.
