Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations and menu preparation
• Ensure high-quality and consistent food presentation
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment
• Train and mentor kitchen staff to uphold our delicious standards
• Manage inventory and order supplies as needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Ability to work 10-hour shifts including weekends and holidays
