Duties

• Support the Executive Chef in managing all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation, presentation, and service standards.

• Oversee food safety and sanitation practices to ensure compliance with health regulations and company policies.
• Assist in menu planning, recipe development, and inventory management to optimize food quality and minimize waste.
• Coordinate catering events and banquet services, ensuring timely execution and exceptional guest satisfaction.
• Manage shift schedules, monitor food production timelines, and ensure smooth kitchen flow during busy periods.
• Maintain accurate inventory control and assist with ordering supplies to meet operational needs.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in banquet services, fine dining establishments, or catering environments with a strong background in food production.
• Demonstrated supervisory experience with effective team management skills.
• Extensive culinary experience including food handling, cooking techniques, and menu planning.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation protocols essential for maintaining high-quality standards.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and cost control practices within the food industry.
