Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Head Chef with daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth workflow
• Supervise, train, and motivate kitchen staff to deliver top-quality food
• Create new dishes and contribute to menu planning with the Head Chef
• Prepare, cook, and present food according to restaurant standards and recipes
• Manage kitchen inventory, order supplies, and maintain equipment
• Support financial planning, budgeting, and cost-effective food production
• Step in and lead kitchen operations in the Head Chef’s absence

Qualifications & Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2-3 years proven experience as a Head Chef, Sous Chef, or culinary team leader
• Strong knowledge of various cooking styles and ability to create tasty dishes from simple ingredients
• Safe food handling certification
• Excellent leadership, dependability, integrity, and cooperation skills
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 45 pounds

Work Schedule & Benefits

• Full-time position with 8 or 10-hour shifts
• Monday to Friday schedule with weekend availability
