Your Role

As Sous Chef, you’ll support the Executive Chef in leading kitchen operations with precision, creativity, and a commitment to excellence. You’ll help oversee food preparation, team coordination, and kitchen standards to ensure every dish reflects our brand’s quality and care. This role is ideal for someone who leads with Integrity, communicates with Social Intelligence, and approaches challenges with Grit and a Stronger Together mindset. What You’ll Do

• Assist in managing daily kitchen operations and supervising culinary staff
• Ensure food preparation meets quality, safety, and presentation standards
• Support menu planning, inventory control, and cost management
• Train and mentor kitchen team members
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen areas
• Monitor food storage and rotation for freshness and safety
• Collaborate with front-of-house and banquet teams for seamless service
• Uphold health code compliance and safety protocols
• Respond to guest feedback and resolve issues professionally
• Lead by example with a positive attitude and commitment to excellence
• Perform other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Strong culinary skills and knowledge of kitchen operations
• Ability to lead and inspire a team in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Familiarity with food safety regulations and kitchen equipment
• Creativity in menu development and presentation
• Proficiency in inventory and cost control practices

Education & Experience

• Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Minimum of 3 years in a professional kitchen, with supervisory experience

Licenses & Certifications

• Food Handlers Card required
