Sous Chef – Birdwood Grill

Position Summary
The Sous Chef supports the Executive Chef in leading kitchen operations, ensuring exceptional food quality, team performance, and adherence to luxury service standards.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily kitchen operations and culinary team
Ensure consistency in food preparation and presentation
Train and mentor culinary team members
Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control
Uphold Forbes-level culinary and service standards

Requirements

Qualifications

5+ years culinary experience, including leadership
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Experience in upscale or luxury dining preferred
