South Atlanta Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram (CDJR) Parts Manager

South Atlanta CDJR, part of a fast-growing and high-performing automotive group, is seeking an experienced Parts Manager to lead our dynamic Parts Department. This is a key leadership role responsible for driving profitability, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction through effective parts inventory management and team leadership.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all parts department operations, including wholesale, retail, and internal parts sales.
• Manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock while minimizing obsolescence.
• Develop and lead a high-performing team, providing training and mentorship.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with service, sales, and collision departments to support dealership operations.
• Ensure compliance with OEM policies, warranty procedures, and safety regulations.
• Monitor KPIs and implement strategies to achieve profitability and growth targets.
• Negotiate with vendors to secure favorable pricing and terms.

 Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Parts Manager or Assistant Parts Manager in an automotive dealership (CDJR experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of OEM parts systems, inventory control, and wholesale operations.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with CDK (or similar DMS) required.
