Spa Attendant

The Spa Attendant is responsible for creating an elevated, luxury customer service experience for all members and guests utilizing the Spa.

Job Duties

• Answering phones. Exceptional phone skills are critical.

• Greeting members and guests as they arrive at the Spa and other areas of operation.

• Checking guests in/out of the spa.

• Able to schedule spa appointments.

• Answer guest questions in knowledgeable and professional manner.

• Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation standards within all areas of the Spa including all treatment rooms, spa lobby & front desk area.
  

• Have a “can do” attitude and willing to be a master generalist within our department.

• Deliver an overall memorable member and guest experience.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a massage clinic, studio, spa, yoga studio, or other business requiring highly detailed member/guest contact and scheduling.

• Willing to learn and adapt to our dynamic department.

• Efficient, well organized, and able to handle a variety of duties simultaneously.

• Energetic and enthusiastic. We strive to create a positive environment for our members, guests and team members.

• Must have high level of interpersonal and oral communication skills.

• Strong work ethic.

• Must possess poise, tact, and diplomacy.

• Must possess a polished and professional image.
