About the role:

The Male Spa Attendant plays an integral role in the success and day-to-day operations of the Four Seasons Spa and Fitness Center. As the winner of Missouri’s Best Hotel Spa Award in 2024, we are committed to delivering exceptional service and maintaining state-of-the-art facilities. The Male Spa Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the locker rooms, spa lounges, and fitness areas. They will also provide spa tours to guests and are expected to offer additional information and recommendations on various treatment options. The spa embodies all Four Seasons cultural values while maintaining established standards, with professionalism expected at all times. This role reports to the Spa Manager and is overseen by the Senior Spa Director.

What you will do:

• Facility Tours: Providing guests with a thorough walk-through of the spa, highlighting all available services and amenities

• Spa Maintenance: Cleaning the locker rooms and fitness areas, sweeping floors, and sanitizing surfaces

• Amenities Management: Monitoring spa amenities and restocking items as needed

• Communication/Teamwork: Collaborating with team members to ensure guests are always taken care of

​What you bring:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong attention to detail.

• Ability to maintain the cleanliness of the spa facilities.

• Excellent customer service skills to ensure guests have the best experience possible.

• Experience in a similar role with a luxury/upscale/full-service Spa is a plus

​Schedule & Hours: 

• This is a full-time position

• The working hours will primarily be mornings, afternoons, and evenings, during weekdays and weekends.
