The Infinity Spa on Grand Colorado on Peak 8 seeks a Spa Concierge $20.50/hr, plus 10% retail commission, Full-time, Night-shifts. This position is responsible for scheduling appointments, promoting products and services, tracking retail inventory, maintaining the cleanliness of the spa common areas and providing exceptional customer service to all spa guests. This position also reconciles spa receipts including cash payments, credit card transactions and room charges, at the end of each shift, ensuring the daily shift report balances. EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); one to three months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
COMPUTER EXPERIENCE: Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel) with a minimum of one year use of these programs. Basic knowledge of office equipment such as copier, fax, scanner, phone and calculator. Must be familiar with search engines and navigating the internet. Ability to type by touch, operate a personal computer and accurately record time worked, in the correct department, using the Company time keeping system.
LANGUAGE ABILITY: Ability to speak, read, write and interpret in English. Ability to read and interpret business correspondence, memos, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedures. Ability to write business correspondence and speak effectively before spa guests, outside vendors, other employees of the organization and the general public.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure. Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, commissions and percentages.
REASONING ABILITY: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one or two-step instructions. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
