The Position:

Responsible for providing exceptional guest service to all resort guests.? Directs workflow and daily operations at the spa front desk.

• Responsible for greeting all guests, answering phones, booking appointments, checking the guests into the computer system after appropriate paperwork is filled out and processed. 
• Processes payments for services, assists guests with questions regarding spa services and products 
• Facilitates new guest orientation, walks guests to treatment areas, continuously picks up locker room, relaxation and spa areas. 
• Assists with laundry collection, delivery, folding and restocking. 
• Informs guests on promotions and special events within the resort

• High School Diploma or GED Certificate required. 
• 6 months Spa Receptionist experience required with a minimum of 1 year of experience in guest service environment 
• 1 year of experience in retail sales. 
• Excellent organizational, communication, and guest relations skills. 
• Excellent computer clerical and administrative experience 
• Able to read and comprehend written instructions. 
• Detailed oriented and have the ability to multi-task. 
• Ability to be efficient and productive in a fast-paced environment. 
• Enjoy working with people. 
• Must be a team player.
• Understand and adhere to safety policies and sanitization standards required by State of Oregon Board of Cosmetology and River Rock Spa. 
• Ability to provide positive and professional role model for spa Team Members. 
• 21 years of age or older 
• Current OLCC license required. 
• Must be able to obtain a Class I Gaming License. 
• Must maintain a neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance at all times (specific standards available).
