Job Overview: 

The Hot Tub Delivery Team Member plays a key role in ensuring a smooth, safe, and on-time delivery experience for our customers. This position supports the Hot Tub Delivery Supervisor by loading hot tubs and merchandise according to daily delivery schedules and assisting with the installation and placement of hot tubs in customer backyards.

This role is hands-on and customer-facing, requiring teamwork, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellent service. While the majority of time is spent receiving, handling, and delivering hot tubs, secondary responsibilities may vary based on business needs.

Pay: $20.00 / Hourly 

Responsibilities: 

• Pick, pack, load, and unload trucks accurately and efficiently


• Assist with e-commerce order fulfillment and shipments


• Support special projects that contribute to company growth and operational improvement


• Perform heavy lifting and material handling, including spas weighing 100+ pounds


• Work in a highly physical, hands-on delivery role requiring standing, walking, bending, stooping, reaching, lifting, and lowering heavy objects throughout the day


• Utilize provided equipment, dollies, tools, and safety gear to safely transport and deliver large merchandise


• Assist truck drivers during deliveries by maintaining awareness of surroundings and ensuring safe maneuvering


• Stock and retrieve merchandise of varying sizes from floor level to ceiling height within the Distribution Center using stairs, ladders, and forklifts (training provided as needed)


• Work in non-climate-controlled environments, including warehouses and outdoor settings, with exposure to varying temperatures, dust, noise levels, and weather conditions.

Physical & Vision Requirements

• Ability to safely lift and maneuver heavy items (100+ lbs) with assistance and equipment


• Visual acuity (with or without corrective lenses) for close vision tasks such as reading inventory documentation and operating computer systems, as well as distance vision to support safe delivery operations.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience handling heavy merchandise or working in a physically demanding labor role preferred


• High School diploma or equivalent required


• Must be at least 18 years of age


• Forklift experience is a plus but not required; certification available through in-house training
