Hand & Stone Tustin is seeking a full-time Spa Sales Manager to lead our established team
and take our spa to new heights. This is a performance-based leadership role focused on
growth, sales conversion, and operational excellence.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:
● Driving membership sales and conversions
● Motivating and coaching the front desk team to exceed sales targets
● Recruiting, hiring, and scheduling staff to meet business needs
● Managing daily spa operations and ensuring top-tier guest experience
● Collaborating with ownership on growth strategies and promotions
● Monitoring KPIs and making data-driven decisions to improve performance

What You Bring to the Table:
● 2–3 years of sales or management experience in spa/salon, hospitality, or retail
● A track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
● Strong leadership and team development skills
● Excellent communication skills
● Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
● A passion for health, wellness, and skincare
