What You’ll Do
Drive Sales: Consistently meet and exceed monthly membership and retail goals through expert product knowledge, confident communication, and closing skills.
Deliver Exceptional Guest Service: Greet every guest warmly, educate them on services, enhancements, and membership benefits, and ensure a smooth, enjoyable visit.
Create Loyal Members: Build strong relationships that turn first-time guests into lifelong members through tailored recommendations and follow-up.
Manage the Front Desk: Handle appointment booking, payment processing, and accurate records in our booking system.
Promote the Brand: Share our mission, services, and offerings in a way that excites guests and inspires them to commit to their wellness journey.
What We’re Looking For
Sales Rockstar: Minimum 1–2 years of sales experience (hospitality, retail, fitness, or wellness industry preferred).
Goal-Oriented Achiever: Thrives in meeting and exceeding personal and team targets.
People Connector: Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
Professional & Polished: Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Spa Enthusiast: Passionate about health, wellness, and self-care.

Compensation:
$16–$18/hour base + commission (average earnings $20–$24/hour)

Located on South Washington Street, nestled inside Downtown Naperville surrounded by a selection of local dining, shopping and steps away from the Riverwalk.
The NOW is designed to serve as a sanctuary from the bustling city. Our aesthetic incorporates raw elements and natural materials to create a chic, minimalist oasis. Interiors are inspired by nature.
