A leading Hospitality & Wellness services provider in Nepal’s vibrant spa industry, we specialize in delivering rejuvenating and holistic treatments tailored to individual client needs. Role & Responsibilities

• Greet clients professionally and conduct consultation before starting each treatment


• Provide spa treatments such as body massages, scrubs, and other therapies as per protocol


• Ensure client comfort, privacy, and safety throughout the sessio


• Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and presentation in the spa therapy rooms


• Support in cross-functional duties when required


• Maintain a calm and professional demeanor during high-pressure or busy hours


• Carry out any additional duties as assigned by the Wellness Manager

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience as a spa therapist in a professional setting (spa, wellness center, hotel, or resort)


• Must have working knowledge of massage techniques ( Deep Tissue, Aromatherapy, etc.); additional training will be provided in-house


• Should have a pleasant personality and demonstrate a guest-focused, service-oriented approach


• Must be well-groomed, polite, and professional in behavior and appearance


• Should be able to understand client needs, offer suitable treatments, and deliver a consistent spa experience


• Very basic English communication skills are required for understanding guest preferences and coordination with the team.


• Should be comfortable working on a rotational shift basis


• Candidates with additional skills such as scrubs, or wellness therapies will be given preference

Preferred Time Structure

• Shift 1: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM


• Shift 2: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM


• Shift 3: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM


• One day off per week
