Spanish Leasing Agent (Customer Service or Sales Experience Required)

Responsibilities include greeting and assisting prospects, conducting tours, managing inquiries, processing applications, supporting move -ins, and maintaining accurate records. The role also involves collaborating with team members, assisting with resident communications, and contributing to community events.

Ideal candidates have strong communication skills, a positive and professional attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast -paced environment. Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required. Spanish fluency is required to support a diverse resident community.
