Mercier Consultancy is excited to announce an opening for a Spanish Player Support Specialist to join our vibrant gaming department in Sofia, Bulgaria! In this role, you will be the main support contact for our Spanish-speaking gaming community, providing outstanding assistance and ensuring a high-quality gaming experience.

As a Player Support Specialist, you will handle player inquiries, troubleshoot game-related issues, and contribute to creating a friendly and positive atmosphere for our players. We are looking for passionate individuals who possess strong communication skills and a dedication to customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional support to Spanish-speaking players through email, chat, and social media
  • Address technical issues, gameplay questions, and account-related inquiries
  • Maintain accurate documentation of player interactions and support requests in our database
  • Collaborate with internal teams to effectively resolve complex player concerns
  • Collect and relay player feedback to the development team for product improvements
  • Create a welcoming and engaging community experience for players
  • Stay informed about the latest gaming trends and developments relevant to our products


Requirements
  • Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills
  • Prior experience in player support or customer-facing roles is a plus
  • A strong passion for gaming and an understanding of gaming culture
  • Strong problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
  • Able to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment
  • Familiarity with customer support software and gaming platforms is advantageous
