Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with inquiries related to automotive products, services, and repairs via phone, email, and live chat in Spanish.
• Provide detailed information on vehicle specifications, maintenance services, and promotional offers.
• Guide customers through the appointment scheduling process and answer any questions regarding their vehicle needs.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues with a solutions-oriented approach to ensure satisfaction.
• Accurately document customer interactions and maintain records in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with service departments to provide timely updates and information to customers.
• Stay informed about automotive trends and company offerings to assist customers effectively.

• Fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and ability to address customer concerns efficiently.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software is desirable.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
