Job Description - Spanish Speaking Customer Service for Banking industry

Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to present an opportunity for Spanish Speaking Customer Service Representatives within the banking industry. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about finance and committed to delivering exceptional service. As a representative, you will assist customers in navigating their banking needs and provide support in Spanish, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.


Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding banking products, services, and account management through phone, email, and chat in Spanish.
  • Assist clients with transactions, account openings, closures, and general banking questions.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Document all interactions accurately within the company’s customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  • Collaborate with various banking departments to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Stay informed about banking regulations, promotions, and new products to provide accurate information.
  • Fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English is preferred.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in the banking or financial services sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented attitude.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and computer applications.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if needed.
