Job Description - Spanish Speaking Customer Service for Biotechnology industry

Mercier Consultancy MD is delighted to present an exciting opportunity for Spanish Speaking Customer Service Representatives in the Biotechnology industry. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about science and technology and are committed to providing high-quality customer support. As a customer service representative, you will assist clients and stakeholders with inquiries related to biotechnology products and services, all while communicating effectively in Spanish.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer inquiries regarding biotechnology products, services, and research via phone, email, and live chat in Spanish.
  • Educate customers on product features, usage, and benefits of biotechnology solutions.
  • Assist with order processing, service inquiries, and troubleshooting of customer issues.
  • Resolve complaints and ensure a satisfactory customer experience through effective communication.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for future reference.
  • Collaborate with research, sales, and technical teams to provide accurate and timely support.
  • Stay informed about industry developments and company offerings to enhance customer interactions.
  • Fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in the biotechnology or life sciences sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive customer support approach.
  • Ability to simplify complex scientific concepts for diverse customer audiences.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and capability to handle multiple inquiries effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and general computer proficiency is desirable.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when needed.
