Job Description - Spanish Speaking Customer Service for Information Technology (IT) industry

Mercier Consultancy MD is thrilled to offer an opportunity for Spanish Speaking Customer Service Representatives in the Information Technology (IT) industry. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about technology and dedicated to delivering excellent customer support. As a representative, you will assist clients with their IT-related inquiries, ensuring they receive prompt and effective assistance in Spanish.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer inquiries related to IT products and services, including software, hardware, and technical support via phone, email, and chat in Spanish.
  • Provide clear and concise information to customers regarding troubleshooting, installation, and service usage.
  • Assist customers with account management, service requests, and escalations when necessary.
  • Resolve technical issues and customer complaints efficiently, aiming for a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system to ensure continuity of service.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer experience.
  • Stay informed about the latest IT trends and products to provide knowledgeable assistance to customers.
  • Fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the IT industry.
  • Strong communication skills with a customer-oriented approach.
  • Problem-solving abilities and a knack for understanding technical issues.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and customer inquiries in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and general IT terminology is desirable.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
