Job Description - Spanish Speaking Customer Service for Media & Entertainment industry

Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to offer an opportunity for Spanish Speaking Customer Service Representatives in the Media & Entertainment industry. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about media services, entertainment, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. In this position, you will engage with clients in Spanish, assisting them with inquiries and enhancing their experience with our media offerings.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries related to media services, subscriptions, and entertainment options via phone, email, and chat in Spanish.
  • Assist customers with account management, including subscription modifications, billing inquiries, and troubleshooting service issues.
  • Provide information about new releases, features, promotions, and general company offerings in the media sector.
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently while ensuring a positive experience.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately and maintain comprehensive records in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery and address customer needs effectively.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and company products to offer relevant information to customers.
  • Fluency in Spanish (both verbal and written) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
  • Experience in customer service, particularly in the media or entertainment industry, is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills with a friendly and personable approach to customer interactions.
  • Ability to manage multiple inquiries and prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving capabilities and a proactive attitude towards addressing customer concerns.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and a solid understanding of digital media services.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
