Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries regarding renewable energy products, services, and solutions via phone, email, and chat in Spanish.
• Provide information on energy efficiency programs, installation processes, and environmental benefits.
• Assist customers with account management, service activation, and troubleshooting.
• Document customer interactions accurately in the system to maintain comprehensive records.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
• Stay updated on industry developments and policies to provide informed assistance.

• Fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is advantageous.
• Experience in customer service, especially within the renewable energy or environmental sectors, is preferred.
