Job Description - Spanish Speaking Customer Service for Telecommunications industry

Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to present an opportunity for Spanish Speaking Customer Service Representatives in the telecommunications industry. If you have a passion for technology and a commitment to providing excellent customer service, this role is perfect for you. As a customer service representative, you will assist clients with their inquiries and help ensure a positive experience, communicating effectively in Spanish.


Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries related to telecommunications services, including plans, devices, and troubleshooting via phone, email, and chat in Spanish.
  • Assist customers with account management, including billing inquiries, service changes, and new installations.
  • Provide accurate information regarding product features, current promotions, and service availability.
  • Resolve customer complaints and technical issues promptly and professionally to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Document all customer interactions meticulously in the CRM system to ensure accurate records.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to improve service delivery and customer engagement.
  • Stay informed about the latest products, services, and industry trends to provide effective support and recommendations.
  • Fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably within the telecommunications sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively under pressure.
  • Proficient in multitasking and managing time efficiently in a high-volume environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and general computer skills.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
