As an Email Support Specialist, your key tasks will include responding to client emails, resolving issues, and offering guidance on our products and services. Your fluency in Spanish will be essential in fostering effective communication and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client inquiries and support requests via email in Spanish

• Document interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system
• Provide detailed product information and assistance as needed

• Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and oral
• Strong writing and communication skills
