Now Hiring: Bilingual (Spanish) Speech-Language Pathologist

Location: Illinois | Schedule: Full-Time (37.5 hours/week)

School Year: 2025–2026 | Setting: School-Based, Travel Between 2 Sites Maximum

Clarifi Staffing Solutions is seeking a dedicated and fluent Bilingual Spanish Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive and collaborative school-based speech team for the 2025–2026 academic year. This is a full-time position (37.5 hours per week) serving students across no more than two buildings.

As part of the speech team, the Bilingual SLP will provide direct and consultative services to support students' speech and language development in both English and Spanish. This includes conducting evaluations, developing and implementing IEP goals, and working closely with educators and families to support communication growth across settings.

Key Highlights:

Full-time schedule: 37.5 hours per week.

Consistent travel limited to 2 school sites.

Collaborative speech department with ongoing support.

Serve a diverse student population with bilingual communication needs.

Requirements

Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English.

School-based or pediatric experience preferred.

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.

Illinois SLP License and Professional Educator License (PEL).

ASHA CCC-SLP preferred (CFs with strong experience will be considered).
