Prime Home DDS, where we are dedicated to creating a vibrant, supportive learning environment for students with disabilities aged 13 to 21! Our Level 3 school embraces a positive, inclusive approach tailored for students who thrive in specialized educational settings. We proudly serve individuals facing social, emotional, learning, and behavioral challenges within the Omaha Metro area.

We’re looking for passionate individuals who have experience working with children or young adults and possess a deep empathy for students with special needs. If you are reliable, punctual, patient, and have a knack for fostering positive relationships, we would love to hear from you! Basic computer skills and effective communication with both students and staff are essential.

Here’s what we require for this fulfilling position:

- A minimum age of 19 years

- A valid driver’s license

- Current vehicle insurance (upon request)

- Candidates will need to successfully pass State and Federal background checks

We also require the following certifications, and we are happy to provide training if needed:

- CPR/First Aid

Physical activity is part of the job! Ideal candidates should have the manual dexterity, physical ability, and stamina for various tasks throughout the day, which may include frequent walking, standing, and lifting materials up to 25 pounds. Occasionally, you'll need to lift equipment or materials weighing up to 40 pounds.

Additionally, we ask for the ability to read materials on a computer screen and hear speech at normal levels, along with the capacity to communicate clearly. We value inclusivity and are open to making reasonable accommodations to ensure everyone can perform essential functions effectively. Duties will be carried out both in the school environment and during exciting community outings.
