We are now hiring full-time school-based paraprofessionals to support our growing team in Raymond, NH. If you're ready to bring your skills, compassion, and energy to a dynamic educational setting—we want to hear from you!
Pay Rate: $22.00- $25.00/HR
Schedule: Monday–Friday, following the 2025–2026 school year calendar

View of what you’ll do:
- Deliver direct behavioral support to students with significant needs
- Assist in applying instructional strategies during classroom activities
- Collaborate with teachers, and school staff to foster a positive learning environment
- Track and document student progress
- Promote the development of social skills and effective communication among students
Qualifications:
- Experience working with children, particularly those with special needs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Commitment to providing compassionate and effective support to students
