Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Salary: Starting at $50,000+, commensurate with experience
Ashuelot Valley Academy is seeking a dedicated and passionate Special Education Teacher / Academic Case Manager to support students through individualized instruction, academic planning, and case management. For the right candidate, a hybrid work arrangement may be available, offering greater flexibility and work-life balance.

What You’ll Do
- Teach and manage academic programs for students with IEPs
- Develop engaging lesson plans aligned with IEP goals
- Use project-based learning and innovative strategies
- Assess student progress and provide quarterly updates
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
- Supervise teaching assistants and support curriculum development
