Compensation: 70 to $75 per hour

*Key Responsibilities*

• Design and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to meet the unique needs of each student
• Provide specialized instruction to help students achieve their academic and behavioral goals
• Utilize effective teaching strategies and evidence-based interventions
• Collaborate with classroom teachers, parents, and other specialists to create a supportive learning environment
• Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting instruction as needed to promote success

*Qualifications*

• Masters's degree in Special Education
• Valid state certification in Special Education
• Experience working with elementary students with developmental disabilities
• Strong understanding of behavioral therapy techniques
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to create and implement effective teaching materials and interventions
• Experience in administering and interpreting assessments
• Passion for fostering an inclusive and effective learning environment
