Blazer Jobs is actively seeking experienced Special Education (SPED) Teachers for full-time roles within school districts in the Dallas, TX area. We are looking for passionate individuals who meet all local and state requirements to provide exceptional support to students with special needs.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students with special needs.
- Provide differentiated instruction to meet the diverse learning needs of students.
- Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and parents to ensure the success of students with special needs.
- Utilize various instructional strategies, technologies, and resources to enhance student learning.
- Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting instructional plans as needed.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Special Education or related field (required); Master's degree preferred.
- Valid SPED Teacher certification/license in the state of Texas.
- Knowledge of special education laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Previous experience working with students with special needs in a school setting.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
