Compensation: $17.75/hour

Shifts Available:

Monday – Sunday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Monday – Sunday, 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM
📆 Weekend Availability: Friday – Sunday

Are you looking for an active, hands-on role in a fast-paced environment? The Event Services Crew Member plays a vital role in creating seamless meeting and event setups at the Hawaii Convention Center. If you enjoy working on your feet, being part of a team, and helping bring events to life, we want you to join us!

What You’ll Do:

• Set up and break down spaces per event specifications and quality standards.


• Arrange and adjust tables, chairs, linens, stages, and other equipment.


• Ensure meeting spaces are clean, organized, and event-ready.


• Refresh rooms during events, adjusting setups as needed.


• Provide water service for meeting rooms and event spaces.


• Load and unload materials to support event operations.


• Walk long distances throughout the facility to access all event spaces.

✅ Physical Stamina – You can comfortably walk long distances, go up and down stairs, and stay active throughout your shift.
✅ Strength & Endurance – Must be able to lift 50-100 lbs if needed and handle physically demanding tasks.
✅ Team Player – You enjoy working with others to ensure event success.
✅ Flexibility – You can work varied shifts, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays as needed.
✅ Attention to Detail – You ensure setups meet client needs and high-quality standards.
