Special Events Associate Entry Level Marketing and Promotions

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Special Events Associate to join our dynamic and rapidly growing event marketing team. As a leading provider of marketing, advertising, and consulting services to nationally recognized brands, we specialize in creating personalized, high-impact promotional campaigns that connect directly with target markets.

Through on-site promotions, strategic marketing, and innovative advertising, we help our clients increase revenue streams and boost brand awareness. With the recent addition of several major accounts, we are expanding our team and hiring individuals eager to contribute to our event marketing efforts and grow into leadership positions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Promotions Coordinator with the development and execution of event marketing strategies

• Coordinate logistics for event activities including setup, visual merchandising, and inventory control

• Process and track event sales and assist in post-event reporting

• Manage event timelines, schedules, and vendor coordination

• Represent clients at promotional events and actively engage with customers

• Step into an Event Manager role as needed, overseeing event execution

• Lead by example and support the training of interns and new team members

Training and Growth:
