Position Overview:

The Special Events Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales and planning all aspects of private events, ensuring seamless execution and exceeding client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Actively prospect, sell, and book special events, including weddings, corporate functions, social gatherings, and more.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and customizing event packages accordingly.
Collaborate with internal teams, including culinary, operations, and event staff, to ensure flawless event execution.
Create and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and oversee event logistics from inception to completion.
Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
Stay updated on industry trends and market competition to drive innovative event offerings.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in event sales / catering sales, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a similar role.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
Proficiency in Delphi software is a plus.
