About the Role
Kunes Auto Group one of the fastest growing dealerships in the Midwest is seeking an experienced Special Finance Manager to join our CDJR dealership team in Sterling IL.  In this role, you’ll help customers with credit challenges secure financing, build strong relationships with subprime lenders, and drive profitability for the dealership.

What You’ll Do

• Manage the Special Finance Department to meet sales and profit goals
• Work directly with customers to secure financing solutions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with subprime and special finance lenders
• Structure and present deals to maximize approvals and profitability
• Train and support sales staff on special finance processes and lead handling
• Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and dealership finance regulations

• This position is ideal for people with prior Car Sales, Hospitality or Commissioned Sales experience looking to move into the Automotive Finance space.  Prior experience in Automotive Finance, F&I, or Special Finance Management is a huge plus.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Knowledge of dealership systems (Dealertrack, RouteOne, Reynolds & Reynolds, CDK) a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
• Valid driver’s license and flexible schedule (evenings/weekends)

Location: Sterling IL, CDJR  

Compensation: $75,000.00 - 125,000.00
