What You’ll Do:

Oversee resident services, including Individual Program Plans (IPP) and care coordination.

Ensure compliance with Title 22 & Title 17 regulations and our high-quality care standards.
Manage daily operations, staffing, training, and financial oversight of the home.
Build strong relationships with residents, staff, families, and regulatory agencies.
Create a safe and supportive living environment for residents to thrive.

What You Need to Succeed:

-21+ years old 

- Bachelor's Degree Required
- At least 2 years of experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities.
- CCL and SARC certifications (Administrator, DSP, RSO) desired, but not required.
- Ability to pass DOJ, FBI, and child clearance checks.

- Must be willing to attend training as required to fulfill job requirements.

- MUST have the ability to work full time and be on call to answer texts or calls on weekends and evenings. Must be willing    to work a shift with residents, when necessary.

- Valid CA driver’s license and clean driving record.

- Position requires supervision of 2 residential homes, one in Cupertino and one in Sunnyvale.
