Cardiovascular Interventional Technologist - Special Procedures (RCIS/RCES)

Join our dynamic cardiovascular team at our state-of-the-art cardiac catheterization laboratory, where you'll play a crucial role in delivering exceptional patient care through advanced diagnostic and interventional procedures. We're seeking a skilled and compassionate Cardiovascular Technologist to contribute to our commitment to clinical excellence.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Perform and assist with complex cardiac and peripheral angiographic procedures
• Maintain sterile technique and assist physicians during interventional procedures
• Administer contrast media following age- and weight-specific protocols
• Monitor and record hemodynamic measurements and valve area readings
• Manage IV access and medication administration
• Document procedures in Meditech and verify images in PACS system
• Handle radioactive materials according to safety protocols

Required Qualifications:

• Current RCIS or RCES certification through CCI (or ability to obtain within one year)
• OR current ARRT certification as RT(R)
• BLS certification
• ACLS certification (or ability to obtain within 6 months)
• Minimum 1 year experience in Special Procedures, Cath Lab, or EP Lab preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
