Special Response Officer - On Call - Traveling Required - Growth-Minded Organization

SecureOne Security Services is looking for a dynamic individual with security experience, excellent customer service skills, and technical experience to serve in the position of Special Response Officer (SRO).

As a Special Response Officer, you will work in a variety of locations to ensure the division's operations run smoothly by filling open shifts and schedules as directed or assigned. We guarantee full-time hours for SRO security officers / security guards with open availability.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Must be mature, responsible and reliable
• Proven ability to deal with challenging situations while remaining calm and professional under pressure
• Willingness and ability to work weekends, holidays, and be on-call to cover additional shifts as assigned
• Ability to work multiple sites weekly as scheduled
• Maintain the cleanliness of the patrol vehicle and properly inspect the vehicle at the start/end of shift
• Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs), handbook, scope of work, post procedures and other manuals at each site that you work.
• Conduct all Security Officer duties as assigned or directed

QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least 21 years of age
• Minimum 2-3 years security experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to effectively speak, read, and write in English
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test
• Must have a valid Arizona Driver's License, with a clean MVR (no moving violations within the past 3 years)
• Have reliable means of transportation
• Must obtain or possess required certificates to work as a Security Officer
• Must have legal right to work in the United States
• Must always maintain a working telephone
