SUMMARY OF POSITION:
Responsible to coordinate the efficient air or ground transfer of patients to and from the Hershey Medical Center by establishing communications among all parties, monitoring movement of all assets (UEMS, CCT, and Helicopter) and coordinating with appropriate personnel for the most efficient outcome.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:Â
High School Diploma or equivalent with 1-3 years related experience.Â
Must have experience with radio communication and be able to read maps and assign coordinates.Â
Excellent interpersonal communication, ability to use computers, ability to multi-task, and ability to handle stressful situations required.Â
EMT preferred.
