Established in 1992 by Kearney’s Chairman Emeritus Paul Laudicina, the Global Business Policy Council (GBPC) is a strategic service within Kearney designed to help leaders anticipate and plan for the future. From its onset, the Council was meant to address critical over-the-horizon issues of particular relevance to business, reflecting Kearney’s enduring commitment to promote world-class strategic foresight and leadership.

About The Role
The Specialized Consultant works with the Council and Kearney Foresight team and supports operations in all three of the mandate areas identified above.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have superior writing ability, effective communication skills, and an analytical mindset. You will need to be inventive, versatile, clever, collaborative, and open to developing and sharing creative ideas, approaches, and strategies. Attention to detail and consistency is a must.

The base salary range for this role is $96,000 to $100,000 \: Kearney reviews compensation regularly and may adjust base salaries to reflect market competitiveness. In addition to salary, individuals may be eligible for a discretionary performance bonus.
