Job Description - Specialist, Customer Solutions


What you’ll need to succeed as a Customer Solutions Specialist at XPO


Minimum qualifications:



  • 1 year of relevant work experience


Preferred qualifications:



  • Experience working in cargo claims

  • 1 year of experience working in transportation operations or a logistics environment

  • 2 years of experience investigating customer complaints/issues and resolving problems to the customer's satisfaction

  • Experience working as a member of an integrated team

  • Customer service knowledge with the ability to advocate for the customer

  • Knowledge and understanding of the basic requirements for freight movement

  • Able to effectively cross-train other employees

What you’ll do on a typical day:



  • Provide a single point of contact for premium customers

  • Utilize available resources to identify issues, offer solutions and provide information to customers regarding shipments, coding, collections, corrections and any other issues

  • Assist with the training of current and new customer solutions staff
