About the team and position

As a Specialist you will be responsible for managing all Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) related data and systems, including accurate sales reporting, incentive claiming, and administration of the Dealer Connect platform. 

What you’ll be doing

• Serve as the primary administrator for OEM system, Dealer Connect, managing user accounts, permissions, and security settings


• Accurately report OEM sales data


• Manage and track OEM technical training opportunities and enrollment 


• Process and submit incentive claims to OEMs in a timely manner


• Maintain detailed records of all incentives, submit claims and report on KPI’s


• Monitor vehicle recalls and service campaigns to ensure prompt resolution


• Additional duties/projects as assigned

What you should have

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in customer service, project management, or data entry/management.


• Effective communication skills with a knack for building relationships with a broad range of people, including customers, Carvana leaders, and external partners. 


• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in verbal, written, and visual mediums.


• Competency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite applications.


• Flexible, resilient and comfortable working in "gray areas" that are constantly changing.


• Self-starter attitude with the ability to drive excellence and meet high standards


• Fast learner with the ability to make decisions, problem solve, prioritize, and multi-task in an analytical and organized manner


• Superior interpersonal skills, ability to interface with a variety of personalities with professionalism


• Ability to learn quickly, transfer knowledge and provide valuable and actionable feedback


• Must promote the company culture and mission to all employees, vendors, clients, and business partners

Other requirements

To be able to do your job at Carvana, there are some basic requirements we want to share with you.

• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.


• The ability to walk/stand and sustain physical activity for extended periods of time (8+ hours).


• Must be able to stay in stationary positions for extended periods of time (when driving) up to 3 hours at a time. 


• Frequently communicates with customers and must be able to exchange accurate information.
