PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Manage the day-to-day security operations, to include Intrusion, Access Control and Video System at HQ Conshohocken Global Security Operations Center as well as across the Cencora enterprise.
a. Provide access control administration.
b. Monitor alarm activations for enterprise-wide facilities.
c. Utilize video system to monitor HQ and enterprise-wide facilities.
d. Utilize web-bases portals to assess intrusion alerts.
e. Assist with new alarm system installation and upgrade projects.
f. Liaison with Security Systems Providers.
2. Provide metric reporting and analysis.
3. Maintains and develops facility security requirements and implements procedures for safeguarding proprietary data.
4. Assist in managing reports and analysis.
5. Assist event security at the HQ building.
6. Assist in providing security awareness training and education.
7. Supports Diversion Control and Corporate Investigations Program as assigned.
8. Performs related duties as assigned.
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
Requires broad training in related field through completion of a four-year bachelor’s degree program or equivalent combination of education and experience, BA or BS Degree in related field preferred. Normally requires a minimum of one (1) year directly related and progressively responsible experience, previous work experience in security.
MINIMUM SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS:
1. Knowledge of Physical Security concepts, design, and application
2. Effective interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
3. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Work and Excel
4. Discipline program, project, and time management skills with the proven to work in cross functional, matrixed, and diverse workforce environment.
