Support the administration of legal entities and subsidiaries Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements Collaborate with internal teams to maintain accurate corporate records and documentation Assist in resolving issues related to entity management Contribute to the development and implementation of best practices in corporate governance Collaborate internally to influence the quality and efficiency of entity management processes and programs. Determine appropriate actions outside of defined processes while considering alternative solutions. Oversee team performance and prioritize work to ensure effective project execution. Provide insights on best practices in corporate governance and legal compliance. Assist in maintaining accurate records and documentation for all legal entities and subsidiaries. 1+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Experience in the preparation of state regulatory reports preferred (including money transmission, gaming and lending) Experience in use of Nationwide Multi-State Licensing System ("NMLS") preferred
