The Billing Specialist will primarily spend their time processing billing and pricing corrections while working cross-functionally with other departments within the company to get credits entered, processed and released. Manage proper execution of reconciliation of vendor incentives (quarterly, monthly, prepay, OI) credits.

The Billing Specialist will primarily spend their time processing billing and pricing corrections while working cross-functionally with other departments within the company to get credits entered, processed and released. Manage proper execution of reconciliation of vendor incentives (quarterly, monthly, prepay, OI) credits.

  • Earn $18.58-23.20 per hour  
  • Full Time, On Site
  • Location: Rancho Cordova, CA

You will contribute by:

• Working with retailers and the merchandising team to review missing allowance, deals on invoices.
• Determining the quickest, most effective ways to answer a client's or customer's questions.
• Escalating queries and concerns & troubleshooting common pricing issues and corrections
• Working cross functionally with other departments to obtain approval.
• Reviewing Food Show books and order guides to identify deals not entered and communicate to proper personnel to correct.
• Running and completing daily order guide reports for the West Coast and Pacific Northwest.
• Running additional reporting as needed.
• Travel Required: No

Years Of Experience

• 2-5 : 2-5 years related industry experience in wholesale or retail.

Qualifications

Associate Degree - General Studies, High School Diploma - General Studies
