Specialty Accreditation & Training Lead 

Full Time

Columbus, Ohio or Indianapolis, Indiana (preferred)

We partner with health systems, community health centers, plans, and employers to remove barriers to care to ensure all people have access to the care they deserve.

We are looking for a Specialty Accreditation & Training Lead to manage the process of URAC and ACHC Specialty Pharmacy Accreditation with our partners while supporting the training and development of our Pharmacy employees.

What you’ll do in the role:

  • Accreditation Leadership: Guide partners through the complete URAC and ACHC accreditation processes, which includes completing applications, contracts, and necessary evidence submissions.
  • Continuous Readiness & Auditing: Maintain continuous accreditation readiness through proactive document updates and compliance monitoring, establishing KPIs, and performing regular mock audits.
  • Quality Management: Schedule and prepare materials for Specialty Pharmacy Quality Management Committee meetings and compile annual Quality Program Evaluations for partner locations.
  • Curriculum Development: Develop training modules, SOPs, and skills-based pathways, while managing the curriculum and timeline for all new Patient Engagement Specialists and other personnel.
  • Training Execution: Provide specialized in-person and remote training for employees, deploy software training modules, and track staff competency assessments.
  • Compliance & Tracking: Ensure ongoing compliance by completing routine patient record audits in TherigySTM, supporting the URAC Data Validation process, and promptly investigating Incident Tickets.
  • Project Management: Create and maintain a playbook for a standardized accreditation approach and manage project plans within the current project tracker.
  • Industry Knowledge: Attend industry training provided by URAC, ACHC, and others to stay informed of upcoming changes and best practices.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned.

Education & Licensure Requirements:

  • High School Diploma required.
  • Associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Earning the ACHC Certified Consultant credential within the first year of employment is required.

Other Skills or Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of direct experience with URAC and ACHC Specialty Pharmacy Accreditation is required.
  • Must be willing to travel to partner locations and our office in Columbus, Ohio to support Accreditation efforts and staff training. Estimated amount of travel is up to 50%.
