Position
We are hiring a Specimen Transport & Inventory team member to support our Boise operations. This full-time, patient-facing role involves transporting medical specimens using a company vehicle, managing inventory and supplies, and performing light office duties as needed. This position requires professionalism, reliability, and a teachable mindset, with strong attention to detail and comfort driving in all weather conditions.

Note: This is an entry-level role well-suited for individuals who have recently completed education or certification in a healthcare, laboratory, or medical assisting field. While prior related experience is preferred, we encourage newly certified or recently trained candidates to apply.

Schedule
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM (30 hours/week)
W2 hourly employees receive an 8% shift differential for hours worked between 8:00 p.m. and 4:00 a.m., as well as for all hours worked on Saturdays and Sundays.

Benefits begin 60 days after the first full month of full-time employment.
