Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced, licensed Speech Language Pathologists to join our team! As an SLP, you will be meeting with new students, assessing their speech needs, and creating personalized treatment plans to help them reach their goals. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of speech pathology, is able to provide compassionate care to every student, and has excellent organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Meet with students for the first time in their speech journey, answering introductory questions

Make evaluations and create treatment plans customized for that student, working with them to set short and long term goals for their speech and wellness

Assist in the implementation of the treatment plan, adjusting as needed to ensure successful outcomes

Maintaining excellent records of student needs, care, and outcome

Work closely with the family of the students and the students itself to ensure they have the knowledge and tools they need for success

Qualifications

Active state license for practicing speech language pathology

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent organizational skills

Strong charting and documentation skills

Familiarity with basic computer programs, such as the Microsoft Office suite

Compensation: $55.00 - $62.00 per hour
