Position Overview

As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you'll play a crucial role in improving our residents' quality of life through evidence-based therapeutic interventions, comprehensive evaluations, and personalized treatment plans.

Essential Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and swallowing evaluations
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Perform audiometric screenings and make appropriate referrals
• Document patient progress and maintain detailed clinical records
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members
• Participate in care planning meetings and family conferences
• Provide staff education and training
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current New York State SLP license
